Mom and I went to the nursing home on Wednesday.  It was alot of fun.  But now it is sooo hot.  I like to lay under the back porch in the mud and Dad set up a fan so it stays nice and cold down there.  Even April found out how nice it is.  But for some reason Mom said I can't stay with Laurie and April.  Mom said that Laurie is "in season".  I really want to stay with her but Mom said that Joey and I have to stay in the other yard until she's done.  Hope that's soon....

Its been so hot not able to do much.  Dad put a fan under the porch so that I can stay nice and cool.  Of course the brat, otherwise known as April, discovered it so now she stays under there with me.  There's plenty of room tho.  Mom and I went to the nursing home again.  We had a good time but then some other dogs came so Mom thought it best that we leave. I heard Mom tell Dad that I get to stay in the house all next week.  I can't wait.

I knew something was up when Mom came home with Kane.  We had to spend the night together in the shed.  We grumbled a bit but soon fell asleep.  Mom woke us up early and we got in the car.  April was there too.  We drove and drove until we got to this place called Lima.  Mom met with Kayleen and then it was off to the show ring.  April won!! Kane and I didn't. bummer.  We then went to the motel.  The elevator was really noisy but our room was nice and cool.  Nicole spent the night with us too...
